Shipping.
At STEDI UK we take shipping seriously, you want your goods and you want them now, so let us try and do that for you!
Most orders are dispatched via a courier service including DHL and Parcel Force. For International orders there is the option of air freight and air cargo shipping, please contact us for more information.
Smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail. This is particularly as you do not want to be waiting in all day to sign for a piggyback adapter that fits through the letterbox.
Please note: While we aim to deliver your order as soon as possible, any time or date for delivery is an estimate only and we shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay caused by the courier or delivery service.
We do not recommend customers take days off work or plan for someone to be waiting on deliveries, at least not until confirmation from the delivery company has been sent.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. In some instances, items may get separated during transit particularly during busy times of the year. We cannot be liable for the consequences of any partial delivery or any inconveniences caused.
Express delivery is usually next working day delivery, from day of dispatch. Any PRE-Order items, may take anywhere up to 20 days to arrive into stock from factory firstly and would then be sent Express delivery to customer, if selected.
Delivery surcharges
Whilst we offer free delivery to UK mainland and Northern Ireland, additional courier charges may apply to the following areas and postcodes:
- AB 1-9, AB13-14, AB 21-23, AB30-56, FK17-21, HS1-HS9, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV52-54, IV63, KA27, KA28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH4-99, ZE
- Isle of Man (IM) & Channel islands
Should additional charges be required by our courier, we will notify you prior to dispatch.
Damages, Short Deliveries and Picking errors
All damages and short-deliveries must be reported to us in writing or by e-mail within 3 working days. Claims for damages or shortages not reported within this timeframe will not be considered.
It is imperative that orders are checked upon receipt of delivery to ensure all items have been received in their correct colour, size, quantity and condition.
In the unlikely event of a picking error, we will only accept notification of such errors within 3 working days of receipt. For this reason, we encourage our customers to check the contents of all deliveries upon arrival, as errors cannot be rectified later.
