Refunds and Returns.
Ordering or receiving the wrong goods is never fun, so here at STEDI UK, we aim to set it right and make it as painless and effortless on your end as possible. We do however have a couple of rules.
All returns must be authorised by a member of staff before they can be processed within our warehouse. Any orders shipped back without notice will not be processed.
You have the right to cancel or exchange your order up to 14 days after the day of delivery. After authorisation, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We may exercise our right to refuse any non-faulty goods outside of this timeframe.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to Stedi UK in the packaging they were received in and in the condition they were received in. We are a hands-on company here, so all goods are checked before they leave as we aim to make sure no damage happens in transit. Any correctly fulfilled orders that a customer no longer wants and wishes to return, will have the cost of delivery out to them deduced from their refund.
All credits and/or refunds will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the goods and will be made in no more than 14 days from the goods being received by our returns department.
Any unwanted items may be liable to a 10% reduction of the amount refunded to account for the reduction in value caused by the customer's handling of the goods. However, where possible, we try to waive this.
If you opt to exchange the product then please mention this when talking to our member of staff. If you wish to upgrade to a higher-priced item then we will ask to take payment for the difference including any fees, likewise, if you wish to exchange for a lower-priced item then we will refund the difference, less any fees.
The provisions of these clauses do not affect your statutory rights.
